The goal of the Digital Policy Office website project is to create a cohesive and innovative digital platform that successfully merges the existing functions of the OGCIO and EffO. Our aim is to ensure a seamless integration of content from both units while maintaining their unique contributions, fostering collaboration, and meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. This new website will serve as a unified resource that enhances user experience, streamlines access to information, and effectively communicates the mission and initiatives of the newly established Digital Policy Office.
For the Digital Policy Office project, we faced the challenge of creating a new website that merged two units and addressed the needs of numerous stakeholders. From the outset, we analyzed both existing websites and conducted competitive and trend research. We gathered requirements from various stakeholders to ensure our new website would embody the image of a smart city for the public.
We leveraged digitalization and incorporated the glassmorphism effect to enhance transparency in digital policy formulation, giving the website an innovative look and feel. Additionally, we restructured the overall content to ensure information is easy to find and navigate on the new platform.
