The goal of the ICBC (Asia) website revamp project is to enhance the bank's digital presence by creating a user-friendly, internationally appealing platform that showcases ICBC (Asia) 's unique value proposition in cross-boundary wealth management and comprehensive financial services. This project aims to elevate the brand's uniqueness and strengthen its global image, making it more accessible and engaging for clients worldwide. Through innovative design and intuitive functionality, we seek to improve the user experience, streamline access to services, and reinforce ICBC (Asia) 's position as a leading international banking institution.
To achieve our project goals, we began by conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis of both local and international banks, focusing on their user interfaces and user experiences. This research informed our approach to restructuring and organizing the Information Architecture, which enhanced the overall user flow and usability of the website.
In terms of brand image, we integrated key brand elements, including the signature red line, and provided a professional photoshoot service to ensure visual consistency across all platforms. These efforts were aimed at elevating the brand's image and creating a more cohesive and impactful international presence.
