Answer Enquiries on GOVERNMENT SERVICES
Project Goal

1823 provides a round-the-clock one-stop service to answer enquiries for 23 participating departments and to receive complaints, suggestions and compliments about any area of Government services. To enhance the website design and encourage the citizens to use more website instead of phone call for enquiries, new website development is needed to achieve the goal.
