Project Background
Patient Experience for Modern Healthcare Services
CUHK Medical Centre operates as a private teaching hospital, supported by a network of outpatient clinics across Hong Kong. Together, they provide a wide range of healthcare services, from specialist consultations to primary care.
Patients approach healthcare with different needs and expectations. Some are exploring specialists or treatment options in detail, while others
are seeking accessible services with clear information on availability and cost. These journeys are different, yet closely connected within the same system.
The project focused on structuring the digital experience to support these entry points, enabling patients to understand services, evaluate options, and move forward with confidence.
Responsive Healthcare Access Across Devices
Patients may explore healthcare services in different contexts, from quick mobile searches to more detailed browsing on larger screens. The platform is designed with responsive layouts that adapt across screen sizes, supporting both immediate access and in-depth understanding as users move through different stages of enquiry.
