Heep Hong Society provides education and services for individuals with special educational needs at different life stages: pre-school, school-aged, and youth. They also offer a wide range of support services for parents and family members, teachers, and social workers. Professional training is targeted at practitioners in the education and social service sectors. To deliver useful information, customised for the diverse needs of their target audience, Heep Hong Society wanted to extensively enrich the content on their website, and restructure the presentation and navigation.
All we do is to make things easier to access. From the view of wide range of users, there are multiple pathways to reach the content. There are many highlighted activities, courses, schemes and centre locations, we re-design the layouts and suggest the better solution to make them all clean and clear, higher accessibility and higher usability.
