The Leisure and Culture Services Department serves a wide range of customers – with very different backgrounds and needs. LCSD wanted to re-invent their main website and its subsidiary sites. These contain a vast wealth of information for a large number of venues, facilities, and events serving the public.
theOrigo carefully examined the requirements of the customers of LCSD – their expectations and their web browsing behaviour patterns. We then revamped their websites, with a user-centred designs, to specifically meet users’ needs.
