The Consumer Council created the CHOICE magazine to provide consumers with information on product tests, service surveys, study reports and more. To increase the number of article sales and clearly define the market of target customers, CHOICE magazine improved the user experience of their website by various attempts in order to provide a seamless online shopping experience.
After analysing the marketing strategy and clearly targeted certain groups of customers, our first action taken was to increase sales of articles by shortening the flow of purchasing different kinds of products. We categorized the articles and encouraged users to take action by adding 'call for action' buttons in the website. Related articles are also suggested on each page as to extend the user flow.
